At the break of dawn on March 6th I hopped in the car and made the hour drive to Tacoma in preparation for the tour.  I dug the GT-E out of mothball and the engine roared to life.  It was a brief drive on a sunny day from the garage to my buddy Jerry Woodard’s house and I loaded him in and off we went. 

Jerry and I and twenty-four others took the tour of Buffalo Restorations.  The owner’s Steve and Irene gave a talk about what services the shop provides and then turned all of us loose to wander and ask questions.  At the end of the tour the shop was kind enough to provide sandwiches, cookies and drinks for all of us who attended. It was a great time on a wonderful day.  Four cougars attended, my GT-E, Scott Ferguson’s new XR7-G, Dave Nashif’s 69 convertible and Jim Compton’s 69 XR-7.  Jeff, Carol and Noel came in their Dodge as well.  It was a very informative and entertaining tour and I hope to see more of you at our next event.
