To join the CCC, click the "FORM" button below.  The next thing you will see is our membership application form.  Simply fill in the blanks and print the form, then send it to us (the address is on the application) with your check for $25, or $25.00 USD if you live in Canada.  Use your browser's "Back" button to return to this page.

You may also use Paypal to make payments by clicking on the appropriate Paypal links on the form. You may also send in your membership form by email by clicking on the submit email button on the form. We will send you your membership card by return mail and you will begin receiving our newsletter (The Prowler) when the next edition is published.  We look forward to seeing you at our next meeting or event!
